As clients begin their journey with All Direct Mail Services, they will be assigned a personal Project Manger (PM). Our PM’s take direction from the sales staff but will simultaneously act as a second pair of eyes for you, our customer. They take ownership of the project and the customer with renowned dedication.
Each morning, before their day begins, Project Managers attend a meeting with the Production, Warehouse, and Traffic Supervisors to review jobs on our schedule. Changes, problems, and current status of data, material, and mail dates will be discussed and problems resolved. This allows our staff to begin their day with the latest and most efficient information available for each client. It allows our clients to relax and rest assured that their best interests are being addressed each day.
