Our History
In 1981, the brother and sister team of Dennis and Theresa Zetting launched All Direct Mail Services, Inc. with the goal of building a company based on honesty, consistency and fanatical customer service.
Dennis and Theresa enlisted the help of their mother, Shirley, to grow the company. Shirley didn’t really have much choice in the matter because if she ever wanted to reclaim her garage, she would need to see this company outgrow their first ‘commercial’ space.
And boy did they ever grow! The company quickly outgrew the garage it started in and went on to move 5 times to larger headquarters. All Direct Mail Services, Inc. is currently located in Sylmar, CA.
Over their entire corporate history, ADMSI has continued to be a true family-run business. Doug Zetting, Dennis and Theresa’s older brother, joined the company a few years into the company’s early stage of growth.
Since then, the company has grown tremendously; ADMSI currently processes over 150 million pieces annually with over 100 employees. Theresa is the company’s current CEO while Doug is the President.
ADMSI's reputation is strengthened by an employee team that is recognized both for its knowledge of the mailing industry and for being a friendly resource in helping any customer, from novice mailer to the seasoned pro, prepare successful direct mail campaigns and corporate communication strategies.
