Before you mail, make sure to NCOA your list. Millions of individuals, families and businesses move each year. In fact, according to the USPS over 40 million move each year! This creates deliverability problems and waste if you don’t keep up with those changes. When you NCOA or move update you list, you are not only saving yourself money but adhering to USPS regulations too. It is required that you move update your list when receiving postal discounts for First Class and Standard Mail.

The USPS updates its database every 95 days and requires mailers to update their lists every 95 days as well.
